This is a Historical Retelling, This is the (not) entirely true story of Lady Jane Grey, she is sixteen years old. (Lady Jane Grey was the queen of england for 9 days before she was beheaded.) Her cousin King Edward marries her off to his Advisor’s son Gifford. Edward only marries her off, because there’s a plot to kill him off, and he needs an heir. But Gifford has a secret of his own, and Jane now has to worry about becoming Queen of England, and marrying a stranger. This is a story full of surprises, romance, and adventure.
~Review~
This book is a fun, hilarious, and adventurous story. The story is told by 3 different characters, Â Edward(16 year old King of England), Lady Jane Grey, and Gifford (likes to be called G, and is the Advisor’s son). I love this book and the authors who wrote it. I’m so excited for this book to come out so everyone can enjoy it as much as I did! It will be forever for this book to stop being good. I love the authors’ input in the book with stuff like pronunciation guides, and opinions.
I rate this book 5/5 Stars, because this book is such a fun, amazing, awesome fantasy, romance.
